LHH is seeking a motivated IP Patent Prosecution Legal Assistant in DC. If you meet the below requirements, please submit your resume today!
Responsibilities:Utilize knowledge of USPTO procedures to support patent prosecution activities Handle correspondence with the USPTO, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Implement docketing procedures and effectively manage IP docket, ensuring prompt response and action. Maintain and organize patent files, databases, and other related documentation in accordance with established protocols. Assist with IP filings and research Coordinate travel, including flight and hotel bookings, for partners Maintain calendars, organize daily schedules, coordinate meetings, and manage expenses Qualifications:5+ years of experience in an IP Patent secretarial or paralegal role Proficiency in iManage and DeskSite, preferred. Strong working knowledge of patent and trademark resources, including USPTO, PAIR, EPAS, EFS–Web Familiarity with international patent and trademark databases Experience with IPDAS, preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Salary: 85k–110k, dependent on experience
