Responsibilities and practice:
We are seeking an IP Trademark Attorney with excellent academic credentials and 4–10 years of experience to join our dynamic Intellectual Property & Technology practice. This is a great opportunity to do interesting work for industry–leading clients with a group of dedicated colleagues who are passionate about their work. Expected responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Domestic and international trademark strategy
Domestic and international trademark clearance searches and filings
TM search, prosecution, defense and enforcement in the United States and worldwide
TM/copyright counseling
IP licensing
IP due diligence
Copyright search, prosecution, defense and enforcement, including DMCA
IP litigation support

Position requirements:

Personal skills/attributes:
Possesses superb written communications skills and an ability to produce written work product that is concise and effective
Excellent time management skills
Solid judgment
Embraces teamwork and values collaboration
Strong analytical skills and an ability to distill complex issues
Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills

Technical skills:
4–10 years of experience
Broad IP experience
Strong academic credentials
In–house experience a plus
Nonlegal work experience a plus

Other requirements:
Licensed to practice law in the state corresponding to the office of interest and be in good standing in the state of Missouri
