We have an amazing opportunity for consultants or solicitors looking for a change.
Our client, a modern and established firm, is looking to expand their consultancy programme and grow their team from 13 to 40 consultants in the next 12 months.
They offer a collaborative work environment and high remuneration with uncapped earnings of up to 80% of total billings.

Your expertiseAssisting and advising clients on:o corporate transactional matters, including business sales, acquisitions, restructures and MBOs;o company matters, including shareholders agreements, company secretarial matters and EMIs;o commercial matters, including commercial contracts, intellectual property and GDPR;o non–contentious employment law matters such as employment contracts, service agreements and settlement agreements Working closely and collaboratively with the firm and potentially other consultants in different legal areas to provide a full service on corporate transactions and restructure matters Giving estimates of costs to new clients and being responsible for managing costs throughout all matters To liaise with clients commercial agents, business sale brokers, other professionals and opposing solicitors by telephone, post, e–mail or in person, as necessary, at every stage of the transaction To be responsible for all file opening and AML procedures and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in relation to the same To manage a range of corporate and commercial matters from initial instruction through to matter conclusion To ensure the confidentiality of all the firm's and client's documentation

To be considered, you'll need at least 5 years PQE and a book of contacts, and ambitious and ready to grow your business from within.
