They are seeking a dynamic and driven Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their expert team ASAP! You should have at least 10 years+ PQE and have a forward thinking approach to your work.The Corporate Commercial Solicitor role will cover mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, private equity / venture capital, finance matters, restructures and other mainstream company matters, commercial agreements, terms and conditions and intellectual property matters and quality londonesque matters.If you are passionate about providing a high quality corporate legal service and want to work with a highly talented, dedicated team, then we would LOVE to hear from YOU asap!
