Our dynamic and innovative law firm client is looking for a talented Commercial / Corporate Lawyer to join our team. All levels of PQE are considered. We are looking for a Commercial / Corporate Lawyer with experience working in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, with a proven track record of advising clients on a range of legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and intellectual property. Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients are essential. Key Responsibilities: Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements Advising clients on legal matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and intellectual property Conducting due diligence on behalf of clients Representing clients in negotiations and disputes Managing a caseload of clients and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard Their offices are located in a desirable location with excellent transport links and a vibrant social scene.
