Trademark Paralegal

Safeguard intellectual property rights through trademark and domain name activities, including filings, renewals, oppositions, and infringement prosecution
Conduct comprehensive searches and prepare clearance reports to assess mark availability while educating team members on proper trademark usage and protection
Manage intellectual property rights by preparing registered user/licensing agreements and status reports
Assist with trademark infringement litigation and actions as well as monitor proceedings, prepare cease and desist letters, and oppose infringement on social media platforms
Evaluate IP concerns in new products and marketing campaigns, review advertisements, promotions, and contracts before attorney review
Maintain patent information and establish licensing function, supervise license agreements, validate trademark usage, and ensure vendor compliance with IP rights
