We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in the technology industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast–paced, innovative environment, where you will have the chance to work with cutting–edge technology and a diverse team of professionals. The role involves managing a broad range of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with a particular focus on KYC, AML, and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the legal team in maintaining corporate records and managing corporate entities.
2. Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents, including KYC and AML documentation.
3. Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
4. Conduct comprehensive KYC (Know Your Customer) checks on new and existing clients to ensure compliance with anti–money laundering regulations.
5. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings.
6. Provide support in the management of the company's intellectual property portfolio.
7. Coordinate with external legal counsel on various matters.
8. Support the legal team in managing and mitigating legal risks and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
9. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in a corporate setting, preferably in the technology industry.
3. Thorough understanding of corporate governance, KYC, AML, and regulatory filings.
4. Excellent knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures.
5. Proficiency in managing corporate records and corporate entities.
6. Strong analytical and problem–solving skills.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
