Unique opportunity for a Commercial IP/IT solicitor (3+ PQE) to join an internationally renowned and award–winning Technology, Media, and Telecoms team, based in Glasgow.In this role, your TMT workload will particularly focus on intellectual property and data, across sectors ranging from but not limited to Energy, Technology, Retail, Defence, and Government.As the successful candidate, this firm will expect you to have technological awareness, strong drafting and legal research skills, strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and business acumen. Due to succession planning and growth plans for this team, you will experience a strong degree of autonomy with certain strategic clients, as well as stellar career progression prospects within this team.
