What will you do? In this role you will be advising commercial clients on all their business matters to include:

• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Joint Ventures
• Management Buyouts
• Succession Planning
• Company Restructuring
• Intellectual property
• Shareholder and director rights & responsibilities
• General commercial contracts

What will you need?This is a hands on role and you will ideally need at least 2 years' experience within commercial law.
