Commercial Litigation Associate/Senior Associate - Top UK firm

TSR Legal is working with a prestigious law firm in Bristol known for providing high, London–quality legal services across various practice areas. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join the dynamic team.

Position: Commercial Litigation Associate Location: Bristol, United Kingdom Experience: Minimum 3 years PQE in Commercial Litigation.

Responsibilities of a Commercial Litigation Associate:

1. Handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, and intellectual property disputes.
2. Conduct legal research and provide accurate and timely advice to clients on complex legal issues related to commercial litigation matters.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and contracts.
4. Represent clients in courts, mediations, and arbitrations, advocating on their behalf and presenting compelling arguments.
5. Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop litigation strategies and case theories to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
6. Manage client relationships effectively, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the litigation process.
7. Stay up–to–date with the latest legal developments and changes in commercial litigation laws and regulations.

Requirements for this role:

1. Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post–qualification experience in commercial litigation.
2. Strong academic background with a degree in Law and excellent academic achievements.
3. Extensive knowledge of UK commercial litigation laws, procedures, and regulations.
4. Proven track record of handling complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
5. Excellent research, analytical, and problem–solving skills.
6. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
8. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
9. Client–focused approach with a dedication to providing top–notch legal services.
