My client is a commercial law firm with a difference who are recognised as a top–tier firm by leading legal directories and have won numerous awards for their excellence and innovation.
They are now looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to join their dynamic and highly regarded dispute resolution team. You will work on a varied and challenging caseload of commercial litigation matters, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Professional negligence
- Banking and finance disputes
- Intellectual property and patent infringement cases
- Commercial property litigation
- Judicial review and public law matters
You will have the opportunity to work with some of the leading lawyers in this field, who will provide you with guidance and support to develop your skills and expertise. You will also have direct contact with clients, ranging from multinational corporations to public sector bodies and charities.
To be considered for this role you will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years post qualification experience in commercial litigation. You will have some experience of handling complex and high–value disputes and have the ambition to grow and develop in this area.
