Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $85k–$110k
This Role is Hybrid (You need to live within an hour from Norwalk, CT)

What's a typical day as Legal Operations Manager? You'll be:
• Contributing to the development of the annual operating planning and budget for the legal department
• Reporting on key operational and substantive metrics for the legal department
• Contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Managing and updating processes and policies
• Collaborating cross–functionally with all areas of the company
• Manage data security and privacy
• This position reports to the General Counsel
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's in a relevant field
• Have 5+ years of experience in healthcare contracts management, preferably from an academic medical center or a pharma/biotech company
• Have extremely strong communication and contract negotiation skills
• Have excellent working knowledge of HIPPA and HITECH
• Have strong ability to be proactive and self–directed
• Have extremely strong inter–personal skills
• Have expert organization and time management skills
• Are highly proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point; Salesforce experience preferred
