Head of Dispute Resolution

I have recently been instructed by a boutique law firm with a strong local outreach in relation to an excellent opportunity for a Head of Dispute Resolution to join their supportive team in their East Midlands office.

About the role

The successful Head of Dispute Resolution will be managing the other team members and help with the conceptualisation and implementation of business strategies. You will be helping various individual and business clients with matters including, but not limited to:

• Bankruptcy
• Contentious probate
• Contractual disputes
• Commercial property disputes
• Insolvency
• Intellectual property disputes

You will be running your own caseload.

About the person

Given the nature of the work, the successful Solicitor/Senior Associate/Legal Director will be UK qualified with at least 6 years of post qualification experience in dispute resolution. You will have strong evidence of working as a Litigator who has handled a caseload of litigation claims to trial from small claims to multi track.

You must also have:

• A good eye for detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm for supervising team members
• Enthusiasm about Business Development
