Senior Commercial Intellectual Property Solicitor

Commercial Intellectual Solicitor / Lawyer is required to join a dynamic and progressive law firm on a 100% remote basis or can be partial office based if required (Birmingham, Cambridge, London, Manchester, Oxford and Sheffield). This role will suit an experienced lawyer coming from private practice or from an in–house position as no business development or a following is required. This is a senior role and the successful candidate would be able to deal with the complete range of Commercial IP matters and duties will include but not be limited to: Legal Advice. Provide advice and guidance to clients on the management, protection, and exploitation of their intellectual property assets. Research and review. Be aware of legal trends to offer regular support to clients navigating the complex landscape of IP law. Legal and contractual risk management. Identify, control and report on material legal and commercial risks. Advice and support. Provide advice and support to colleagues relating to commercial, IP and trademark matters.
