Commercial Contracts and IP Solicitor - Fully Remote

My client is recruiting for an experienced Commercial Contracts and IP Solicitor with 1+ years PQE to join their team on a fully remote basis. You will only be expected to attend a meeting once every 2 months in Bristol. You will be instrumental in assisting in the development and growth of the commercial department. The role will consist of broadening the existing caseload to include clients with intellectual property and in connection with other aspects of technology law. You will need to be focused on building relationships with clients and introducers and be able to consistently deliver outstanding and straightforward advice to clients. Requirements: • You will have a minimum of 1+ years experience within commercial law and intellectual property. • You will be passionate, innovative and pro–active in your approach. • You will be entrepreneurial and confident in your ability to help the department grow. • You will be professional, personable and approachable. • You will be highly articulate both verbally and in writing. • You will enjoy being part of a dynamic team but be comfortable in working autonomously. • You will be comfortable with a varied case load in all areas of commercial law. • You will want to work for an employer that has an appreciation for the level of commitment and work that you put in. • The firms values will resonate and inspire you.
