Legal Counsel

We have a great opportunity for a COMMERCIAL Legal Counsel with 2 – 5 years PQE, UK or Common law qualified.Our client is working in the hospitality sector and working within a small team, you will report directly into the General Counsel.

Salary: up to GBP75k Mid point GBP67k base plus pension + bonus

Location: Oxfordshire

Hybrid: 2/3 days in office

Daily duties will include:

• The role is providing legal support to various departments including Procurement, IT, Marketing and Sales
• Dealing with Supply contracts & Tenders
• Dealing with data protection issues across the business
• Handling Trademark matters
• Managing the legal process across a broad variety of business initiatives
• Handling legal matters by working alongside special projects that might involve Marketing, IT and Procurement
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements including supply of goods and/or services contracts, framework agreements, software agreements and terms of business
