SALARY DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE

My client are expending their successful Property Litigation practice in the central Brighton office and are seeking a qualified solicitor or legal executive with previous experience.

The team offers advice to landlords, tenants, developers, funders and high net worth individuals on commercial and residential property matters. We have particular expertise in disputes matters arising from a wide range of property–related disputes, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act.

The successful applicant will be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including property developers, investors, lenders, individuals and owner–occupiers, whilst developing the profile of the team throughout the local region and beyond.

You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters including contractual disputes, intellectual property, construction disputes, professional negligence and defamation.

You will ideally have significant previous experience in Real Estate Litigation as well as in general commercial disputes, together with a strong academic record, proven technical skills, an outward facing, client driven approach and aptitude for developing strong client relationships.
