Their "First–tier" Patent group is seeking a junior to mid level patent associate for its Intellectual Property group. With over 100 patent attorneyswith varying technical backgrounds, the team prosecutesapplications in virtuallyevery area of science. Theyhave an immediateneed for associates withexperience in the intersection of technology and life sciences, in particular, they desire candidates with advanceddegrees in the biology, cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry or immunology.

The ideal candidate:

• will have 2–4 years relevant experience in the life sciences industry.
• 2+ years experience prosecuting patent applications
• will have an advanced degree in biotechnology (or similar technical fields)
• have law firm experience
• is registeredto practice before the USPTO with a strong background in relevant scientificfields
• must be admitted to the bar in the state of which they reside

Not only is the opportunity flexible basedupon location, the firm will also consider candidates who wish to work fully remote (the city of which you reside must have an office, as you will need to come into the office as and when required).The firm is also offeringa handsomesalary range of $205,000–$325,000, based upon levels of experience, as well as numerous benefits including hybridworking.
