A City law firm has an opening for a mid–senior level commercial solicitor to join their growing Corporate & Commercial practice. The firm provides legal services to many domestic and start–up companies, although they are best known for meeting the commercial legal requirements of the UK subsidiaries and multi–national corporations, many of which are household names. A large number of their clients are headquartered in the Asia Pacific. The Corporate & Commercial team currently provide a wide range of commercial advice to their clients including:

• Sales of goods and services, including cross–border
• Consumer law
• Product liability
• Outsourcing
• Agency and distribution
• Data Protection
• Intellectual property
• IT & E–commerce
