For our Office in Munich we are looking for a
Patent Attorney Assistance / Paralegal (f/m/d)
Your tasks
Formal patent processing of EPO and WIPO procedures as well as national filing and grant procedures in various jurisdictions
Diligent notification and monitoring of deadlines
Conducting essential correspondence with patent offices, colleagues and clients, nationally and internationally
Invoicing and controlling
Electronic file and document management
Your profile
Preferably more than one year of professional experience in the field of intellectual property, ideally as patent attorney assistance or paralegal
Fluency in English (written and spoken); German or other languages are considered as an asset
Affinity for modern information technology, in particular MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and experience with patent management software
Proactive and working independently, accurately and efficiently
