Senior Intellectual Property Solicitor

Senior Intellectual Property Solicitor opportunity with a defined route to Partnership at a leading national firm.With local, national and international reach, my client have over 1400 people in offices across the UK and a network of partner firms across Europe, India and the US. They were recently named Law Firm of the Year at The British Legal Awards, as well consistently holding high rankings in many different practice areas.My client boasts a reputable & ranked IP team with notable experience advising on IP issues in High Court, and Intellectual Property Enterprise Court on a wide variety of IP matters such as design rights, patents, copyright, trademarks, passing off and unfair competition. The team's clients mainly come from the technology, financial services, consumer goods industries, but are looking to expand this clientele base.My client is now looking to bring on a Senior Associate who has the aim of Partnership within the next 1–2 years. They are open to seeing Solicitors in any area of IP, be that hard or soft IP, but with a preference of a mix of contentious and non–contentious work. The ideal candidate will look like:

• 7+PQE Solicitor.
• Experience in soft and/or hard intellectual property.
• A client following is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience working within a reputable IP boutique, or full service firm.
• Qualified/admitted legal practitioner in England & Wales.
