Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a litigation associate to join our thriving Intellectual Property practice. This position offers the opportunity to focus on intellectual property litigation for a national and international client base from our Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Washington D.C. or Wilmington offices.
Successful candidates should have one to three years of patent, trademark, copyright and/or other intellectual property litigation experience, or should have completed a federal clerkship of at least one year. Successful candidates must be collaborative and motivated to succeed in a client-focused, team-oriented environment. Candidates must also have excellent academic credentials and have strong written and oral communications skills.
This position offers competitive compensation and unlimited potential for professional growth. Current firm plans for returning to work include an average of 2-3 days in the office. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $165,000 - $245,000.
Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law. The initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes, but is not limited to, productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
