They are looking for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to provide expert legal advice and support to their clients in Crawley and surrounding areas. You will have great exposure to a diverse range of clients and legal matters. You will play a pivotal role in their firm, contributing to their reputation for excellence in Commercial law.

Key responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on a wide range of commercial law matters, including contract negotiation, intellectual property, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to provide sound and practical legal advice.
  • Representing clients in negotiations and dispute resolution.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Keeping up–to–date with changes in commercial law and sharing knowledge within the firm.
  • collaborating with other legal professionals and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years' experience,
  • Have a broad range of company and commercial experience,
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law and relevant regulations,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
  • Proven track record of delivering high–quality legal services to clients,
  • Excellent analytical and problem–solving abilities,
  • Client–focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service,
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills,
  • Competent IT skills.
