Our client is seeking a talented Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE as UK Solicitor specialising in Intellectual Property (IP) law. If you are a dedicated legal professional with a passion for IP matters, this opportunity could be your next career milestone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling IP litigation and disputes involving various IP rights
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of IP agreements, including assignments, licenses, confidentiality agreements, and research and development agreements
• Managing trade mark and design prosecution and maintenance activities, with a focus on providing expert counsel to clients
• Collaborating with a dynamic team of IP professionals to develop and implement effective legal strategies
• Staying updated on IP law developments, regulations, and industry trends

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified solicitor in the UK (England, Wales, or Scotland)
• 4 – 7 years' of post–qualified experience in IP law
• Strong experience in IP litigation and dispute resolution
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating IP agreements
• Knowledge of trade mark and design prosecution and maintenance is a significant advantage
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and communication skills
