The Role:

They are currently seeking an in–house Legal Counsel with expertise in entertainment, social media, and digital content, who also has experience working with creators. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data and analytics. As Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in supporting their mission to empower creators and transform the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance and support for a range of entertainment, social media, and digital content–related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements involving creators and content distribution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and legal developments to ensure compliance and provide strategic advice.
• Collaborate with cross–functional teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.
• Assist in managing and protecting intellectual property rights.
• Offer legal insights into data and analytics practices, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
