Remote Intellectual Property Paralegal

Intellectual Property Paralegal Urgently Needed! Must be familiar with the IL Court System, but the position is fully remote.

We have recently partnered with a firm that is looking to add an established and experienced Paralegal to their quickly expanding team in Chicago!

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• 5 years of experience with the Northern District of Illinois Courts
• ECF experience
• Experience with depositions, subpoenas, and strong IP experience, including trademark counterfeiters or trademark/patent litigation experience.
• Well versed in legal research

They will also have strong communication skills, be self–sufficient, and have the ability to work remotely.
