As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will play a crucial role in our firm's litigation team, working alongside experienced attorneys on a wide range of commercial disputes. From contract disputes to intellectual property litigation, you will be exposed to diverse and intellectually stimulating cases that require strategic thinking and exceptional legal skills.
Responsibilities: Conduct legal research, draft documents, prepare pleadings and motions, manage discovery, participate in negotiations, and support trial preparation.Requirements: 2–7 years of experience in commercial or civil litigation including contract negotiation, business divorces, real estate or corporate litigation required. Licensed in California. Proficient in depositions, discovery, and drafting motions and pleadings independently. Ability to bring in clients. Enthusiastic, positive approach, team player. Strong attention to detail, writing and research skills, and work ethic.
