One of the world's most well–renowned tech/intellectual property firms is currently looking for multiple Patent Disputes Lawyers to join their high–ranked practice.

My client is known for their expertise in intellectual property, technology, and data protection law. The firm provides legal services to a wide variety of clients in various sectors, including technology, life sciences, media, and telecommunications.

This client boasts one of the UK's largest and most well–respected patent disputes teams, mainly working in the Patents Court in London, but also being very experienced in the coordination of international disputes (including arbitration). Whilst life sciences and telecoms are a large part of the workload, the team has an abundance of experience in numerous other technical areas such as automotive, aerospace, optics and oil & gas.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • NQ–5 years of post–qualification experience.
  • Experienced working on patent disputes within a reputable full service or boutique firm.
  • Experience working on behalf of clients within the tech and/or life sciences industry is preferred, but not essential.
  • Qualified/admitted legal practitioner in England & Wales
  • Strong academic background, excellent communication, and organisational skills.

My client can not only offer the highest quality, international work, but also a flexible work–from–home policy which means that your life isn't sacrificed for your career.

Please apply as directed or confidentially contact for more information. Alternatively, if this role is not for you, I am working a variety of other IP law opportunities (hard & soft) with ranked teams in the City, so would be interested to talk to any Intellectual Property Lawyer.

Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
