Our client has an exceptionally well–regarded litigation practice offering the full range of litigation to UHNW individuals and corporates. Here you will work alongside a partnership of industry leading lawyers – lawyers with backgrounds at leading large city and US firms who win court and arbitration cases across multiple sectors including banking, financial services, divorce, onshore and offshore trusts, insurance, securities, recruitment, real estate, telecoms, IT, entertainment and sports, intellectual property, construction, betting and gaming, insolvency, retail, transport, energy and manufacturing.

The caseload here will be an exciting broad range of top–quality commercial litigation including representing ultra–high net worth individuals, companies, and directors on a range of matters like misrepresentation and fraud disputes, trusts and estate disputes, breach of contract matters, data protection privacy and professional negligence.

Your office will be in a prime piece of London real estate with a modern interior. The team is upwards of 35 heads now and is seeing very good year on year growth, even in this tough economic period.

There is a genuine chance of progression here and a very modern approach of self–nomination is taken. If you believe you are working to a certain standard or perhaps above what your colleagues are doing; then you simply have to raise this with a partner. The conversation will be had and if you aren't promoted, a progression plan will be put in place for you to ultimately reach your goals. There is no ceiling and congestion at the top is not a concern.
