IP Litigation Paralegal

Large, top–tier law firm is searching for an IP Litigation Paralegal to join its Intellectual Property practice group in the firms Dallas office. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a stellar team of attorneys and paralegals on prominent and complex IP litigation matters. Paralegal will assist with all aspects of IP litigation. Responsibilities will include preparing and assisting with pleadings, discovery, e–discovery, legal research, cite checking, exhibits, case indexes, depositions, document production, hearings, and trial prep. Qualifications will include a college degree and an ABA–approved Paralegal Certificate along with 3 to 4 years of litigation experience. Strong computer and technology skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), online databases, and litigation support/e–discovery platforms required. Firm seeks a candidate who can travel and work overtime as needed. Salary range for this position is $85–115k depending on experience and qualifications.
