What will you be doing

Key legal team contact and business partner for Commercial stakeholders including Smart Utilities Networks and Procurement providing legal advice and support on product development, commercial contracts and customer and supplier relationships.

Provide regulatory advice and support to the business and work with the Regulatory team in responding to consultations as needed.

Support Chief Legal Officer on legal function improvement including reviewing processes, policies and precedents.

Liaise with Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Risk, Technology, Information Security & Operations teams as appropriate.

Support other team members within the Legal team which may include support on corporate and governance work.

Preferred experience

4+ Years' experience, practicing in the UK (PQE) Post qualified

Bachelor's degree or appropriate qualification for practising as a commercial lawyer

Experience with contract agreements, contract law and litigation.

Any knowledge and experience of intellectual property and data protections is also a great benefit.

Any experience you may have within either telecom's, Broadcast, Utilities or similar.
