LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal with 5+ years of law firm experience to work a full–time hybrid schedule for our prestigious client.

Must be proficient (5+ years of experience) in US and foreign PATENT applications and have strong client communication and independent work skills.

Candidates must reside within commutable distance of Denver, CO, and report to work 2–3 days per week onsite.

This law firm client is actively interviewing and ready to make a hire.

Requirements:

  • Expert proficiency in preparing and filing US National Applications from Foreign Associates.

  • Strong client communication and independent work skills.

  • High level of understanding of US National Stage Applications and Paris Convention.

  • 5+ years of LAW FIRM experience reviewing incoming correspondence from foreign associates and managing patent files and correspondence independently.

  • Experience assisting with ongoing procedural aspects of patent prosecution.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the IP Paralegal group.

  • Flawless word product, high attention to detail, and accuracy.

  • Filing with the USPTO, Microsoft Office, WorkSite, FileSite, and 3E software proficiency.

Schedule:

  • Hybrid Schedule with 2–3 days WFH from Minneapolis or Denver.

  • Work on rare occasions requires more than 37.5 hours per week to perform essential job duties; may occasionally require irregular hours.

  • You must reside within commutable distance to our client's offices in Minneapolis, MN, or Denver, CO. Regular onsite work is required.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) match, and 10 paid holidays.

  • Four weeks PTO to start (this is non–negotiable.)

  • Salary range dependent upon experience: $85,000 – $105,000



Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
