We are working with a prestigious London law firm who are looking to for a Family Paralegal to join their extremely busy Dispute Resolution team on an initial 3 month FTC basis.

The firms Dispute Resolution unit manages a substantial workload encompassing litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and mediation. This workload spans various areas such as art, banking and finance, corporate law, trusts, family law, fraud, intellectual property, professional negligence, real estate, and regulatory investigations, among other issues.

The family team provides guidance on all facets of family and matrimonial law, covering divorce, matters related to children, pre and post–nuptial agreements, cohabitation claims, and cross–border disputes.

As a Paralegal within the family team, your responsibilities involve providing support to Partners, fee earners, and clients. Your role includes assisting fee earners in various aspects of case work and engaging in a diverse range of activities. You are expected to play a proactive role in advancing working practices, consistently enhancing quality standards, and improving our service to clients.

To be considered for this role you must be an LLB graduate with some previous Family or Dispute Resolution experience gained at a reputable law firm. You must also be a confident communicator with a positive work ethic.
