The Legal Interactive department advises the business across a wide range of legal issues including contract review and negotiation, regulatory developments, marketing, dispute resolution and intellectual property.
Legal seeks to pro–actively identify legal risks and safeguard the business in accordance with commercial priorities, market developments and the group's risk framework.
Dedicated teams support each Interactive geographical division (UK & Spain, Asia & Rest of World, North America), Interactive Corporate & M&A affairs, Group Content and Group Intellectual Property & Disputes.

So, what will you be doing?
- Drafting & negotiating a wide variety of commercial contract matters including software licensing and development agreements
- Advising on a variety of marketing related topics, including marketing campaigns across various media & copy clearance
- Understanding & advising on, regulatory issues affecting the UK & Spain and liaising with gaming regulatory authorities
- Providing advice on website T&Cs & acting as point of contact for websites & projects across different territoties
- Providing legal training where required and contributing to developing the team's know–how and precedent bank.
- Supporting the litigation team with any commercial litigation, regulatory investigations etc relating to the UK & Spain
- Possess prior experience and technical proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts,
- Enjoy working in a team, and collaborating with others to solve complex problems
- Have experience balancing multiple stakeholders, understanding where matters have relevance across different functions and anticipating stakeholder needs
- Have experience manage complexity, making sense of complex, high volume information to effectively solve problems
- Have a solutions oriented mindset
- Be skilled at communicating complex technical content to a wide range of audiences with varying technical abilities
