The world renown Commercial team advise clients across a broad range of commercial and operational issues including commercial and operational issues, including commercial contracts, IP and brands, sport, outsourcing, data privacy and cyber security, and information technology.
The team is made up of three partners, one senior counsel, one senior associate, seven associates and two trainees.
The team are now seeking a Commercial Associate (3–5PQE) to join their team in London. The successful candidate will have gained experience from a recognised commercial/IT & technology/IP practice and have relevant experience in the majority (though not necessarily all) of the following key areas: Commercial contracts; IT and technology; Intellectual property; Outsourcing; Data Privacy; and Corporate support/due diligence.
Experience in any of the following would also be useful: consumer rights legislation; advertising and marketing compliance matters; sales promotions/lotteries/gaming; e–commerce; hospitality; and sports and media.
