IP Paralegal

Large, top–tier law firm in Los Angeles seeks an Intellectual Property Paralegal to work closely with a stellar team of attorneys on complex IP matters. Paralegal will have at least 4 to 5 years of solid IP experience and be knowledgeable regarding trademark, patent, and copyright prosecution. General responsibilities will include preparing and filing trademark and copyright applications and renewals (domestic and foreign), TTAB proceedings, conducting research and due diligence, drafting assignments, recording ownership transfers, overseeing the docket, and special projects as needed. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, USPTO website, US Copyright Office, WIPO, TTAB, CPI, legal research platforms, and document management systems. Qualified candidates will have a 4–year college degree and an ABA–approved Paralegal Certificate. Salary range for this position is $103–125k, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
