An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor at Partner level, with aspirations to join a leading law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Partner either from a leading local regional firm or from the City, looking to find a work life balance.

This forward–thinking Dorset–based Legal 200 law firm has a proven track record for success and is looking for a Commercial Litigation Partner to join its successful Litigation department, in this key placement.

You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters including Commercial, Contract disputes, Shareholder agreements and defamation cases across a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Transport and Energy, as well as data protection and intellectual property disputes. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team with the resources and investment to build up the department.

Your role as a Commercial Litigation Partner will involve:

• Being able to lead on complex and HNW transactions
• Building up and grow the department
• Experience in supervision and development of junior lawyers in the team
