Role Summary

Anuvu is seeking a highly skilled and specialized Corporate Attorney to join our team as an in–house counsel. In this role, you will play a crucial role in handling complex legal matters and corporate governance for our company. You also will have the opportunity to interact with members of the various business groups in the company, including the Finance, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations and Corporate Development, Marketing and Human Resources teams.

Our ideal candidate enjoys working closely and regularly with other members of the Legal team, has the ability to multi–task and manage various projects simultaneously, and brings a high amount of energy to the team while taking pride in their work.

What You'll Be Doing

Corporate entity maintenance, formation of legal entities, drafting corporate documents, including board and shareholder minutes and secretary and incumbency certificates for numerous subsidiaries

Assist with Corporate governance, corporate regulations and compliance matters

Assist with maintenance of a web–based global entity management system and electronic database of corporate documents, including with a global entity chart

Assist with internal entity restructurings

Responsible for annual corporate reporting with various Secretary of State offices

Assist with trademark matters, including filing of trademark applications and correspondence, and with oversight of infringement complaints

Other duties and special projects as necessary

What We're Looking For

J.D. from an accredited law school and member in good standing of a state bar

3–5years of prior experience, preferred experience as corporate in–house counsel

Must appreciate a highly detail–oriented, "fast moving" team

Must be proactive with a high degree ofinitiativeand organizational skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team

The anticipated starting salary hourly range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $160,000 – $200,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, certifications etc.
