Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis on intellectual property matters
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to intellectual property
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on patent, trademark, and copyright issues
  • Managing and overseeing the filing of intellectual property applications
  • Representing clients in negotiations and legal proceedings related to intellectual property disputes
  • Collaborating with internal teams and clients to develop effective legal strategies

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years' post–qualification experience as an Intellectual Property Lawyer
  • Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven experience in drafting legal documents and providing sound legal advice
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast–paced and dynamic legal environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and staying abreast of legal trends
