IP Associate

Our client is now looking for an IP Associate to join their established team. Responsibilities:

IP Litigation and Dispute Resolution:

• Represent clients in IP–related disputes, including patent, trademark, copyright, and design matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide strategic advice on potential disputes and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective litigation strategies

Advisory and Transactional Work:

• Provide expert guidance on non–contentious IP matters, including licensing, agreements, and portfolio management
• Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with IP laws and regulations
• Conduct due diligence for IP–related transactions

Requirements:

• NQ–5 years PQE
• Proven track record of successfully handling patent matters, registered designs, copyright, and trademark issues
• Strong litigation and dispute resolution skills
• Exceptional research and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the latest developments in IP law and industry trends
