Job Title: Partner – Law Firm

Location: London, United Kingdom

Salary: GBP100,000 (Base) + GBP100,000 (Bonus)

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a strong client base, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long–term relationships.
  2. Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive business development activities.
  3. Manage a portfolio of high–value clients, providing them with expert legal advice and guidance.
  4. Lead and supervise a team of legal professionals, ensuring quality work delivery and adherence to firm's standards.
  5. Oversee all aspects of billing and financial management, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  6. Collaborate with other partners and senior management to set firm–wide goals and strategies.
  7. Stay updated with relevant legal developments and industry trends, providing thought leadership and guidance to clients and colleagues.
  8. Represent the firm in professional events, conferences, and seminars to enhance its reputation and visibility in the legal community.
  9. Contribute to the growth and profitability of the firm by achieving revenue targets and meeting financial objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of success as a Partner or Senior Associate in a reputable law firm, with a strong billing record.
  2. Extensive experience in a specific legal practice area, such as corporate law, litigation, intellectual property, or finance.
  3. Excellent business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to generate new clients and expand existing relationships.
  4. Strong leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to lead a team effectively and motivate others.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
  6. Outstanding analytical and problem–solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.
  7. Qualified solicitor or barrister with a valid practicing certificate in the United Kingdom.
  8. Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning within the legal field.
