Commercial Technology Legal Director / Senior Associate

This is a unique opportunity, in private practice, for an experienced commercial lawyer who enjoys working with start up, scale up and fast growth clients.

The firm's ideal candidate will have broad commercial contracts experience alongside the following credentials:

• Sound academics
• The ability to work with entrepreneurial businesses and provide innovative, consultative and creative solutions
• Previous commercial technology contracts experience is desirable (but not essential)
• A good understanding of intellectual property and data protection matters is desirable.
