Hamilton Brook Smith Reynolds, an intellectual property boutique with offices in Boston and Lincoln, Massachusetts, seeks a Trademark Attorney with a background in trademark prosecution. Candidates preferably have experience with reviewing trademark search reports and preparing clearance opinions, responding to Office Actions issued by the USPTO, handling domestic and international trademark prosecution and counseling, and managing other elements of trademark prosecution. In addition to trademark prosecution, the attorney should expect to assist in representing clients in trademark disputes, including out-of-court enforcement and defense of claims, as well as opposition, cancellation, and appeal proceedings before the TTAB.
Successful candidates will have outstanding writing and interpersonal skills, as well as strong academic credentials. A J.D. degree from an accredited law school with admission to at least one state bar is required.

This position could work out of either office,and could also be considered for a hybrid remote arrangement, with an understanding that time would be spent in the office every week.
