About the Firm:

I (Jennifer Silverman) have been practicing IP law for 27 years. Before starting my own firm in 2020, I managed the IP department at a mid-sized firm for 10 years. I work with an excellent paralegal and several part time attorneys. We all work remotely via virtual desktops.

We have wonderful clients in a variety of industries including consumer products, advertising, technology, education and
real estate.

We handle trademark and copyright prosecution, disputes including litigation in federal court and before the TTAB, intellectual property-related contracts, data privacy matters and general intellectual property counseling.
