Trademark Paralegal-Global Brands Leader

Our client, a major brand acquisition company based in Manhattan that owns and manages famous global fashion brands, is seeking a Trademark Paralegal to join their team. This role, which reports into the General Counsel, will manage all aspects of their large global trademark portfolio, as well as helping other attorneys manage trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings. Experience transitioning large trademark portfolios from one owner to another is highly desirable.

Applicants should have at least seven years of strong trademark experience, more specifically in prosecution and licensing, and have the ability to partner with senior business leaders on a regular basis.
