Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Senior Executive Vice President and Global General Counsel, the Senior Vice President & Head of Global Litigation is responsible for executing the strategic leadership and management of all global anti–privacy legal matters on behalf of the Motion Picture Association, Inc., the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment ("ACE"), and MPA/ACE member companies. The SVP works across the global enterprise internally and externally to develop enforcement strategies, build consensus and support on objectives and goals, and manage direct and indirect reports across multiple regions.

Experience: 10+ years' experience in civil litigation, intellectual property, copyright law, and criminal prosecution, with significant management experience required.

Location: Los Angeles, California, or Washington, DC. This is a national search.

Compensation: $420K + 10% bonus. The package includes base salary, target bonus, and benefits.

Bar: Current admission to practice law in California or Washington, D.C., or ability to obtain admission to practice law in California or Washington, D.C.
