- Position: Intellectual Property (IP) / Life Sciences Associate Attorney
The position is open to candidates across the country, and preference for office location can be specified during the application process.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary range: $200,000 to $325,000 annually
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job–related factors.

- Should possess 2–5 years of relevant experience in life sciences, including evaluating patent portfolios, conducting due diligence investigations, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and managing patent portfolios.
Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, with a strong background in scientific fields relevant to biotechnology.
Bar admission in the state of residence is a requirement, and an advanced degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or Immunology is desired.
Prior experience in a law firm setting is mandatory.
Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills are essential, and candidates with leadership abilities and a comfort level in direct client interactions are preferred.
