About the Role: Step into a pivotal role as an Associate specializing in Patent disputes. Be an integral part of the 300–strong full–service IP practice, offering prosecution, litigation, and licensing services. Work alongside leading companies across various sectors, handling UK litigation and coordinating multi–jurisdictional cases globally.The teamrepresent prominent firms spanning across the Technology, Media & Communications, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Automotive, Consumer Products, Energy, and Mechanical Engineering sectors. The scope of work encompasses UK litigation and the management of multi–jurisdictional litigation on a global scale. Litigation proceedings occur before esteemed bodies such as the General Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, IP Enterprise Court, and UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO).

About You:
- IP litigator (2–5 PQE) with a focus on patents or a readiness to explore broader IP litigation.
- Preferably, you have prior experience in technology and/or life sciences sectors.
- A background in electronics, engineering, biology, chemistry, or pharmacology is advantageous but not essential.
- This client–facing role demands confidence, sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to responsibility.
