My client, a forward thinking, ambitious firm is keen to hire an experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their innovative and dynamic commercial practice.

Led by talented Partners with experience in US and London firms, this will be a great opportunity for a Solicitor keen to take on a role where they'll work alongside knowledgeable solicitors, and be involved with a great range of work.

You will also receive a realistic and sustainable level of billable hours expectations, allowing you to have the right work–life balance and opportunity to expand your portfolio of skills into alternative areas.

To be considered for the role, you will need:

• To be UK qualified Solicitor with around 3 years post qualified experience.
• Experience within corporate and commercial matters.
• An interested in sustainable energy, construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing.

They operate on a hybrid basis with an expectation of being in the office 2–3 times a week.
