Join our General Litigation practice group.
Handle a diverse practice, including intellectual property matters.
Work at one of the most highly regarded Delaware firms.
Requirements:
Four to six years of litigation experience, including intellectual property and trade secrets.
Strong writing skills for drafting various legal documents.
Experience practicing in the District of Delaware.
Experience taking and defending depositions.
Superb research and oral communication skills.
Admitted to the Delaware Bar.
